Constitution B
The "Full Faith & Credit" basically states that if any state makes a law all the states have to follow it meaning that have the past the same law and it has to take the same affect. The that this affects gay marriage is that if any states passes a law saying they won't allow gay marriage in their state. All the other states must follow and pass the same law banning gay marriage and by doing that gay people wouldn't be able to marry in any state if all states follow that law which was made by another state. The amended portion that started out "no person held to....may be due." I really can't get what they are trying to say so can't tell you why it matters or how it may affect something. The Supreme Law of the Land is basically for the people and how the people make the decision on selecting a President and a Vice President. It also states that only the people have the power to change the law.
Constitution A
The preamble is a introduction for the purpose and the meaning of the constitution. The preamble is also suppose to be a prediction from the people who wrote it on how they think the world should turn out. I have some questions on the preamble. I was wondering if people really believe in it and if they do how do they follow it?

Ebay
Doing this assignment on ebay was my first time bidding for something on ebay and it was a fun experience. The first thing I tried to bid on was a Barack Obama shirt and there were already bids on the shirt and the highest bid was $4.75. So I went and bid $5.00 and right after but down the bid someone had already out bidded me with $5.25. So I went and added $5.55 but I was out bidded again and it kept going back and fourth like that until it got to about $10 and I gave up because I was going to pay that much for a shirt. When it got to $10 there was still a hour and change left before the auction was over and if I kept going back and fourth with the bidders the shirt probably came up 2 around $50+. During the auction for the shirt I was really into it because the bid kept going up and up and that made excited because I wanted the shirt really badly and I was trying really hard to out bid other people but it would not work. After I gave up in the shirt I went and try to bid on a Barack Obama button. I was lucky because there were no bids on the button yet and the starting price for the bid was $2 and I put down the first bid at $2.25 and there was about 2 hours left. With about a hour left there was still no other bidders on the button but to be on the save side I added a extra 50 cent to my bid and in the end I ended up paying $2.75 for the button because I was the only bidder and I felt happy because I won my first ever ebay auction.
I think this can connect to capitalism because there are a whole bunch of different people willing to spend money on anything. Some people were willing to spend over $100 on a jersey, rather than being smart and trying to find the same jersey in a different auction probably for a cheaper price. They were more worried about the jersey rather being worried about how much they would pay for it or if they could even afford it or not. I think the people that auction off things on ebay makes a lot of money off people everyday if they auction off something that is hard to get or you can not find in stores because some people would spend almost all their money just to get that one thing. It is like that because they think that they can not live without something like that.

Election
I was happy about the election this year because history was made, I watched that night Obama won and saw how people reacted to it. People were happy, some were so happy that they cried. The thing that surprised me was that a higher percent of white people voted for Obama than black people. This shows that most Americans trust Obama in running America, but the thing that scares me the most is that someone might attempt to kill him because he is black and there is still some racism in this world today. Also I wonder if Obama is going to keep his word and try and get us out this big slump we are in. But I don't think he could do that because we are in such a big slump that it would take more than 4 years to accomplish something like that.
Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Buy Nothing Day
I spent Thanksgiving with my family, I went to my Aunt's house and laughs with my family, but not all of them were there. On Thanksgiving my family and I usually get to togeather have fun and make jokes. We never go out to eat because to us Thanksgiving is suppose to be spent indoors with your family with home cook meals.
Black Friday is a day where stores have sales so people could go and buy more things, people would camp out until the stores open just to be the first inside. This shows how Americans value more about need than giving. I went shopping on Black Friday for the first time in my life and it was the craziest thing I ever seen before. Some stores had lines from the register to the door. In some stores there were so mant people that it was hard to move. What I was thinking in my head was that I would not do this next year because I dont have the patience for ssomething like this. This shows that Americans worry about spending money get things than donating money to help some people that really need. They also could save some life by donating a couple of dollars.

Wal-Mart Trample Worker
What I think about this situation that accured at Wal-Mart with the worker getting trampled, is carzy. People become savages when they find out that there is a big sale on things at any store. I understand that they want things a little cheaper but to run over a worker and trample enough to kill him, I think that is wrong. There were 2,000 people waiting since 7 in the morning to get into the store, and out of the 2,000 people that were there none of them had the ordasity to attempt to pick him up of the floor. This shows that at times people only think about themselves and careless for others, and when their mind is set on one thing that more important to them they don't care about anything else that happens around them. I also think they are selfish becasue when one of the employes told them that someone is dying they have to leave the store, one of the customers respond and said no I been here since 7 in the morning. I that shows how peole care more for their needs than someone dying in the store.
